Find your way back to each other.
Therapy for Couples
There’s still something worth fighting for — even if you’re not sure how to fix it yet.
You're not looking for a referee or quick fixes. You want a space where both of you can actually feel heard — where defensiveness can soften, and real understanding can begin. In our work together, we’ll explore the deeper emotional patterns driving your disconnection and help shift the cycle that keeps you stuck. I’ll guide you in making sense of your emotions and needs, while offering tools to rebuild trust, shift communication, and create space for closeness again. This work is direct, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that change is possible — if you’re both willing to lean in.
You’re ready to stop feeling…
Like roommates instead of romantic partners, with an ever-growing gap
Caught in the same arguments that never really resolve anything
Unfulfilled in your intimacy and unsure how to ask for what you really want
Let’s rebuild the connection that brought you together
Even if it feels like you’ve drifted apart, therapy can help you find your way back — through deeper understanding, honest communication, and renewed closeness.
These are the kinds of changes you can expect to see through our work together:
-
We’ll create space to talk openly about what’s been building up — without shutting down or lashing out. You’ll learn to bring up hard things without things blowing up.
-
Whether it’s feeling distant, mismatched desires, or discomfort around sex, therapy helps you better understand each other’s needs and reconnect without pressure or shame.
-
You’ll recognize the stuck cycles you fall into and learn how to shift them, so you can respond with care instead of reacting out of habit.
-
Start navigating challenges side by side — with more empathy, shared goals, and a deeper sense of emotional connection.

Getting started
Starting the work, one step at a time…
4. Individual Partner Sessions (75-minutes each)
I meet with each partner separately to better understand your personal history, attachment experiences, and perspective on the relationship. These sessions support safety, depth, and a more comprehensive treatment plan.
5. Ongoing Couples Sessions (50, 75 or 100-minutes available)
We begin structured couples work focused on interrupting negative cycles, strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening emotional and physical connection. The frequency and length of therapy depend on your goals and progress.
2. 75-Minute Couples Intake Session
In our first session together, we explore your relationship history, current challenges, attachment patterns, and the interaction cycles that are keeping you stuck. This session establishes a shared understanding of your goals and direction for treatment.
1. Free 30-Minute Consultation
We connect briefly to discuss your concerns, goals, and whether we’re a good fit. This is a space to ask questions and clarify what couples therapy would look like for you.
3. Relationship Assessments & Questionnaires
Depending on your therapeutic goals, I may have you complete some evidence-based assessments relevant to your situation (e.g., trust, trauma, intimacy, mental health). These tools provide structured insight into strengths and growth areas within your relationship.
