My rates are listed in the table beside this section.
As of June 20, 2024, psychotherapy services in Canada are no longer subject to GST/HST, which is reflected in the current rates.

  • Free of Charge

    A short 30-minute consultation to discuss what brings you to therapy, the outcomes you’re hoping for and how we can help you.

  • $140.00

    A 50-minute therapy session for an individual offered in-person (Halifax only) or via Telehealth platform.

  • $170.00

    A 50-minute therapy session for couples to attend together offered in-person (Halifax only) or via Telehealth platform.

  • Finances can be a barrier for seeking help. We offer reduced rates on a case-by-case basis. Let's talk about how we can make therapy work for you.

  • We kindly ask for at least 36 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time to someone else, as your session slot is reserved just for you. Without this notice, the full session fee will be charged.

  • If you have insurance, please ensure ahead of your first session that they cover psychotherapy with a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), RP Qualifying or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). If they do, you can submit your receipt to them after your sessions for reimbursement.

    At this time, we do not offer direct billing.
